For In Stock Orders :

1. It is free of charge for your orders are to be canceled and changed 

2. Orders already shipped out can't be canceled and changed.

 

For Custom Orders

Custom made orders can not be canceled once started.

If you really want to cancel this order, we can not do full refund and there will be a 30% fee.
